I specialize in working with athletes trying to manage top performance while balancing life; anxiety, depression, bipolar and life transitions

My passion is working with athletes of all kinds. As an athlete myself, I understand the unique pressures and struggles that come with performance and expectations. I look forward to being able to use this experience to help you work through your struggles and turn them into triumphs. My holistic approach to athlete care encompasses injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. Armed with both personal and professional advanced knowledge and practical experience, I’ve become a trusted ally for athletes seeking to overcome injuries and reach peak performance.

In addition to working with athletes, I am highly skilled in treating those with depression, anxiety and bipolar. With a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, I am dedicated to providing holistic care that empowers individuals to overcome their struggles and live fulfilling lives. I am motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. By fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, I hope to provide safe space for you to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I utilize a person-centered strengths based approach tailored to your individual needs in combination with CBT, DBT, mindfulness and solution focused therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you uncover your strengths. Facing the truth can sometimes be painful. However, it is through that pain and courage that strength emerges. With time and a healthy therapeutic foundation, we can turns those heavy truths into freedom.

I am a licensed social worker in practice since 2017. I currently offer in person appointments in Ann Arbor. I obtained my masters degree from University of Michigan. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a probation officer for youth, in a long stay mental health facility, and at a psychiatric emergency room. I am a lifetime athlete and music lover. I have competed at the collegiate level and continue to compete at a semi-professional level. Athletes have specific challenges that are best understood but another athlete. I look forward to using this shared experience to help you grow and develop the skills necessary to enjoy being you while also honoring the identity of an athlete. I am excited to work with you!
